  • This product is for the latest model 2gr-fks V6 engines (IS300 AWD/IS350). Please be sure you do not have the early 2gr-fse found in the earlier cars.
  • Note: IS300/RC300 V6 will match the IS350 results seen here since it's the same engine.

RR Racing is proud to release our tune for the Lexus IS/GS 2GR-FKS platform. The Lexus ECU is a very complex and sophisticated engine management system. As always, we have worked very hard over a course of many months on developing this tune using our IS350 F Sport shop car as well as our customers' cars. We developed both on the dyno AND on the road. We have thoroughly tested various changes in order to optimize power and torque effectively while retaining stock fuel efficiency, knock control sensitivity, and other built in safety features.

We had done most of our development on the road, under real world conditions, doing hundreds of runs, datalogs, and hundreds of miles of testing between re-maps in order to determine how the ECU reacts to changes and adjust learning parameters. In addition we use our sophisticated in-house AWD DynoJet 424x LINX to fine tune our calibrations. Our ECU tune enhances the following ECU functions/parameters, including but not limited to:

  • Raises the shift points to higher rev limits between 200-600rpm higher than stock depending on gear.
  • Raises the speed limiter
  • Optional e85 tune
  • Ignition control
  • Variable cam maps
  • Throttle Response Enhancement
  • Direct Injection / Port Injection fuel mapping & fuel pressure
Please note: A PC Laptop is required to use the tuning software and programming cable we provide.Our tune results are summarized in the following table with supporting dyno graphs below:

Amazing Product and even better bundle
Been waiting on a Tune for the 2GR-FKS engines and this did not disappoint. Bought the tune along with the Throttle Body and Carbon Fiber Air intake. All parts came with thorough instructions and were easy to install. I had my tuning file within 24 hours of sending in my information. Ecu Tune
I’m hoping for the best results. Will update my review. “Update i got the tune back. (If it’s your 1st time give them a time to send the file back). I’m pretty pleased, definitely as advertised. Power upgrade, red line limiter changed, etc i definitely slide with this car now.
