At RR Racing, we have installed virtually every brand of lips available for Lexus F cars, everything from cheap Ebay parts to overhyped “JDM” parts. They all have one thing in common – very poor durability and quality. Even with the expensive Japanese brands, you will notice that they typically only have 1 outer skin layer of carbon, and all the rest is fiberglass. In many cases, the inner layer of carbon has to be painted black so that you cannot literally see through the part, its so thin! So in designing our own line of carbon parts, we focused on QUALITY.
Features of our carbon lip include:
- 100% prepreg carbon fiber construction – NO FIBERGLASS, NO FILLERS, NO PAINT
- 4-5 layers of carbon fiber throughout the lip for maximum strength
- The edge of our lip includes a plastic strip that protects the lip from occasional pavement scrapes—no need to fear minor scraping on driveways!
- True motorsport design allows for future upgrades to our RCF front splitter (to be released in Spring of 2025).
RCF Carbon Fiber Side Skirts and Rear Bumper Skirts:As a complement to our RCF front lip our side and rear skirts serve both a functional and aesthetic purpose. Skits act as a barrier to reversion of air from the sides of the car to underneath the car – thereby reducing lift and improving high speed stability and downforce. Our lips are made from 100% carbon fiber. Unlike some of the cheap brands out there, our skirts are 3 dimensional parts, not just a single layer skin that is hollow from below.
New Crash Replacement Program - Valid up to 3 years from the purchase date
- Customer may be asked to provide photo proof of damage, or render the part unusable, or send in a piece of the part
- Customer is entered to 1 instance of purchasing the same part at 50% of retail price
- In lieu of crash replacement program, you have the option of purchasing a second carbon lip and/or side skirt kit at 50% off. Offer only valid on date of purchase and buyer waives any future crash replacement claims.
