Our high flow high output (HO) catalytic converter kit recommended for most supercharger applications features dual high flow genuine Gesi G-Sport 50022 EPA compliant catalytic converters. This kit is easily welded in place immediately after the exhaust manifold.

Our universal line of G-Sport Emissions Systems Catalytic Converters are designed to support the growing high performance aftermarket. To simplify your decision, our converter models target applications based on vehicle horsepower and exhaust sizing. Our High Output (HO) target up to 500 hp per exhaust bank (our ultra high output has up to 850 hp per bank). This system has 300 cell count.

Our G-Sport Emissions Systems Catalytic Converter is a three-way catalyst that reduces up to 99% of harmful exhaust emissions in vehicles. By targeting the three main exhaust gases, Hydrocarbons, Nitrogen Oxides and Carbon Monoxide, our proprietary wash coat technology of precious metals, separates the toxic compound structures to create environmentally neutral Water, Nitrogen and Carbon Dioxide as byproducts.

This process is enhanced by G-Sport’s precise transition cones and triangle-based substrate pattern that enhance flow and residency time for optimal conversion and performance.
