At RR Racing, we are always looking for ways to combine
functional performance modifications with aesthetic enhancements. Nothing says, “Race Car,” more than a functional tubular chassis brace!
While other braces are often made from cheap aluminum, or
feature overly complicated 3-piece designs that do not enhance chassis
stiffness, our chassis braces are made from steel tubing with
multiple cross members reinforcing a wide cross-member for maximum lateral and
torsional stiffness.
This is the same design you will find on many purpose-built
race cars!
It also happens to look pretty darn good, which is
why we offer it in a choice of custom powder coated colors! Additionally, we
offer an optional real carbon fiber laminate covering over the center tubes for
that added touch of contrast and detail!

If you have our Air/Oil separator (AOS), then the brace will not fit with the AOS without making some modifications to the AOS bracket.
Please also note that this is a hand-made product, which main purpose is to improve performance. There may be slight color variations and imperfections in the powder coating. Our goal for the brace to look nice once installed when looking at the engine bay, not when looked at very closely.
This is a functioning chassis brace that works. For the reason that this brace has 6 bolt-on points and a close tolerance functional design, it may be more difficult to install than a typical non-functional bar brace. On some cars, the installer may need to jack one side or both front sides of the vehicle to let the suspension top plates settle in the correct position allowing proper brace installation. Please also note that engine cover does not fit with this brace on IS350 models (it is actually better for engine cooling).
