RR Racing has been evaluating headers for Lexus IS250 for some time now. The PPE 250 Headers make a significant increase in flow compared to the stock manifolds. Tube lengths and diameters are increased coming together into a ported 3 to 1 parallel merge collector.

According to PPE estimates, these headers can make between 10-16 additional wheel horsepower compared to OEM manifolds with removed catalysts. Please refer to our ECU upgrade tune product for recent estimates.

Please note that to eliminate the raspy sound the IS250 makes with these headers, the exhaust needs to have either stock or high flow cats installed. Cat-less exhaust systems will make very raspy sound.
